- Notifications and Reminders: To send notifications regarding scheduled callbacks, missed callbacks, and signal alerts based on your settings, ensuring you stay on top of your sales leads.
- App Improvement: To improve the functionality and performance of the App based on user interactions, ensuring that features like Call Logs Timeline and Webshare work seamlessly.
- Customization: To allow you to customize your CRM process, including creating custom forms, tags, and managing your sales pipeline.
